I was one of the customer to purchase the new BOSE HEADSED BT2 lifestyle system in October 2014, . It was 10, 500/- but being a fan of Bose and that was awesome and RIGHT FROM BEGINNING I HAD ISSUE, . So the day it was PURCHASED I hooked everything up and found the Bluetooth BT 2 module had no sound output. I looked at the light on the unit and found it blinking steady amber. I tried several times to reset up the system and it would not work. I called Bose support and they determined it was a firmware issue and said that in the sometime in January there was going to be a software update that would fix this problem. They said sorry it doesn't work but it will be fixed eventually. They said they stopped manufacturing of Bose BT 2 MODELS and changed company policies globally without public notice, then I was told I must be using the wrong kind so they would replace new one by 25% discount . I said it's not going to make a difference they don’t repair instead I shuld pay 8500 /- and take new one. I was pretty upset this system was not working but my hands were tied. I immediately called the Bose BANGLORE SERIVCE CENTER I spoke to Mr SUBASH CHANDER about my problem he came up with plan asking me to pay 3500 /- and take new one. . BOSE INDIA IS WORST no proper customer care as well managers are not bothered . i kindly request them to repair my existing or replace new with no cost . regards pavan Was this information helpful? | |||||
