Bose India — Defective Product is unrepaired since last three months

I have purchased the BOSE soundbar 700.
It got defective exactly after one year.
Strangely there is only one service centre in Delhi.
There also my product has been lying for more than 90 days citing parts unavailability.
I was really so fed up.

BOSE by no means appears to be a professional company.
