Bose India — Denial of after sale service

My sport earbuds are not charging. One of the charging pins in the earbuds case seems to have been stuck inside and did not come out.

I got to know from customer support that there is no fix at all that can be provided in such a case.

This is highly disappointing and completely unacceptable that a company like Bose is refusing to provide service for its products.

A product costing INR 20, 000 suddenly becomes a piece of crap as the company does not choose to provide after sale services.

I would request you to get my issue resolved, if this is not possible would want a refund for the amount.
