Dear Mr Rajkumar/Vinay Kumar,
I am really surprised that a Company like Bose will have such pathetic Support services in the country .In spite of repeated reminders the response has been as good as no response .It is surprising that even calls are not being received by senior team members from Bose including the Regional Manager of Bose .
I have been left with no option to take this for Consumer Court redressal where both the Manufacturer and the Partner from where the sale was done will have to answer .Patience has been tested and can not be tested any further

Dear Sir,
I have been trying to reach out to everyone at Bose in India for a support Ticket (Non availability of Remote for Home theatre-AV 520 (Ticket # [protected] dtd April 1 st 2021).
Can i get some help from anyone from the Bose Team to respond back on when i can get the replacement .Else i am going to register it to the Consumer redressal forum
