Dear Team-Bose,
After numerous emails, to your customer service team, this is yet another attempt from our side for some resolution for the problems we are facing with our Bose Home Theater System.
To reiterate, we have been facing an issue with our Bose Lifestyle 600 System Black APAC for more than 6 months now. After the initial inspection from the Bose Nehru Place (New Delhi) Service Center, it was determined that the adapter of the system is faulty and needs to be replaced. They estimated that a new replacement adapter shall be available in the next 1 month or so. After waiting patiently for 1 whole month, there was no response from the Bose service team, so we contacted them again and again and again. Since then it has been nothing but a string o[censored]nanswered emails to the Bose service team and NO RESOLUTION AT ALL!
This is beyond unprofessional and not the kind of service we expect from such a reputed company, as Bose. After investing more than Rs.4 Lacs in a product, one expects a certain level of good customer service. Unfortunately for us, our experience has been FAR from good, in fact it has been nothing short of HORRID.
Please find attached the conversation thread between us and the Bose Service Team, detailing our plight and unsatisfactory experience. I would like to request someone from yet another service team to please have a look into the matter and help us reach a solution as soon as possible.
