Bose India — Need full amount of my bose subwoofer.

I have given my bose 300 subwoofer in kolkata collection centre on 22/12/2020, but haven't received any response till now from bose even after writing more than 10 mails and calling more than 10 times to customer care in a day. Customer care have no clue regarding my comomplaints. It's very frustrating to keep calling daily and sending mail for my product to bose. Looks like I lost my 70k rs.
I need my full amount of money of my purchase.
