I am surprised as being one of the reputed brands, you are not able to face your customers.
I purchased a BOSe 's latest noise cancelling earbuds from CHROMA, NOIDA. In two months, new earbuds stopped working and I visited your service centre. It was a pathetic experience and the place is beyond the standard of Bose.. Anyways they checked earbuds and found them not working and told me that I will get a replacement. It seems the global bands are supplying substandard products for Indian consumers.
Now, as I will be without earphones for one month while working from home, I would be spending money on buying a new pair. I have no answer from your call centre and Nehru place team. I just called the Nehru Place centre and the call was received by Jaya at 1:35 PM and she just disconnected the call without listening to my query.
Now as my grievance is not heard by your service centre and I would l;ike to escalate this matter to you with a refund of my money as well as compensation for my mental agony.
If there is no solution from your side I will write to Consumer NGOs, Secretary Consumer Affairs as well as Prime minister's office by involving media to showcase how global companies are supplying substandard products to Indian consumers and not in a position to heard thier grievances. I need solution within 2 days and a response from senior officials from BOSE. Was this information helpful? |
