I have purchased BOSE sound sport free ear buds and it was faulty.
I had raised a complaint with their customer care and ticket number is [protected]. The product is under warranty as i just opened the product and it was faulty.
Post that i had handed over the faulty product to their customer service centre in Nungambakkam Chennai. They mentioned i will receive a call once they get the replacement product. However its been a month and i didn't get any call.
I am trying to reach their customer service through their toll free or the customer service centre number in Nungambakkam with much success. No one is answering my call. I am clueless on my ticket status now.
