Bose India — Product submitted for repair under warranty not returned

I submitted my Bose soundsport wireless earbuds to Bose service centre with complaint number SO-[protected].
The company hasn’t returned my product and the customer service executive just says that it will be delivered in next 15 days.
I have not been able to use my product nor can I purchase other as they are not refunding. Really frustrated and helpless.
