I have purchased BOSE SOUNDSPORT WIRELESS (earbud) in October 2020. From February 2021 one side of the bud is not connecting to Bluetooth and not working properly i have searched for service center in HYDERBAD but not able to find out, got information about authorized service center in Begumpet I visited their but unfortunately it has been moved out, but finally i got an authorized service center and visited on 1-3-2021 and i have raised a request for replacement. Job Sheet Number:-[protected].
Till now today is[protected] the item is not replaced and i didn't get any call / status information from service center. No proper response from the authorized service center when we as a customer trusted in BOSE and purchased the item firstly it has to work fine out of that when the product is default and when we apply for replacement it should be replaced with in a short period of time.
I have completely lost trust in BOSE and ill never ever buy a product again from BOSE and ill share the same experience faced by me to all my colleague's. I think that will be fine ?. I need an explanation in this regard. Was this information helpful? |
