Seems Bose has outsourced their service Center. I tried calling them many times, call never goes through. Finally when I could get through, shared service Center details for Bangalore. For the given number, incoming calls are barred. I am own lifestyle home theatre and remote has stopped working. I am looking option for replacing the same. After I escalated on mail, they sent me a format to fill up. After that I have sent them 4 reminders, they do not even bother to respond.
