I, ankit agarwal had bought sports earbuds from amazon. On opening the box the earbuds were not working and after contacting bose customer care they said the product is faulty and that they will change it. The product was collected after five days on 27/2/23 and till date it has not been delivered. They are saying more 3 weeks. I dont understand that if the product is faulty then who is at fault and why should customer suffer.
