    The product was given to the service centre for repair however the product was never received. It's been more than 2 months and after lodging complaint to the company about the same to the service centre as well as emails and twitter but no help was seen. Please review the concern and get back with the update of the product asap

      I was facing issue with my soul-pods which has been sent for repair to Delhi location even boult audio replied with tracking details of ship rocket refer AWB #[protected] but product never came to me. After several escalations no response from customer service (called and emailed). This morning I received a message as attached. Its a mumbai location delivery address showing on different name but used my contact number.

      I need my product back to me as I provided hyd, 500027 address.

            I bought a boult audio buds on Amazon. It worked properly at first but after some days one of my bud (left bud) is not working properly and not getting charged. So i request you to solve my buds problem as much fast as you can .

                    Hello sir My name is Vaibhav Bhaldand. I sent my bluetooth to service center on 21st July 2022 for repair. Till now my product has not come out for return. When I call customer care he says That your product will be shipped soon. It has been told by the company that the return will be given in 5 days after receiving the product. In such a situation, it is the company's fault, for this I have to complain to the district consumer care. Thanks for the help

                      My one side Boult ear pod is not working . I have bought it on
                      June-4-2022 from flip kart. I have tried to raise service ticket it is also not working. I am also sent the mail to service & complaint IDs . But i am not getting any response from them.

                                Hello I brought boult earphone 6 months ago but the issue started 1 month ago the issue is that on one side of the earphone some paper-like cover is removed and getting me shocked every time when I plug in my ear That is why I use another side of the earphone which is normal but please fix this issue if you have any doubt please get in touch with me I have warranty card also

                                      The product i received in replace is white in colour where as the one i have bought was black in colour. Even though the colour miss match would have been accepted if the product was working fine, but on a contrary i have received a faulty products and in addition to it the left pod is not even fitting in the charging case. How bizarre it is to received a product after almost a month long wait, whereby i was told by customer care that my product is repaired and kept for testing and when i receive my pods, they were not even black rather white in colour. How did the repaired product came with different colour?
                                      Now talking abt the product itself, it is not even working average. The moment it gets connected to the phone, it continuously beeps and keeps on connecting google assistant all by itself.
                                      Therefore i kindly request to return this faulty product and refund my money including the courier charges i had to pay for sending the first product to you service center in Delhi.

                                        I ordered a Encore-X in the official Boult audio website and within one month it's only one side heard and it says there is no charge in the right side of the buds and I get that to the service centre prefer by Boult audio company then they make me a replacement of product and now still there is same problem arises in the replaced product also that I get it now
