        I have ordered a wrong item so i wanted to cancel my orders there is no option to delete the order and it also takes 3-4 days to deliver order id BAD2CN[protected] please consider it and solve it asap

          I ordered boult z1 tws earbuds from boult website on 29th July 2022 but they sent me the empty box, the item was missing, order no BAD2CN[protected] for rs 1299.00 package received on 1st July 2022. Please refund my money asap.

          Will never buy from boult website.

            Recently i ordered boult TWS bluetooth earbuds from boult website with order no BAD2CN[protected] but i received only the empty box, there is no bluetooth device found. Please help me to get my money back.

                I buy boult audio xpods from Flipkart in the box they provide me 100 rs vocher given instructions with scan the code get 100 rs or go to their boultaudio.com/rewards. I scanned the code it's showing invalid after that i registered on their given website they give me vocher code but valid till 1 April 2022 to 30 April 2022 but i purchased this on 25 June 2022 their is no mention of any due date of vocher .i want my reward

I ordered on Flipkart boult audio xpods on 23 June 2022 got parcel received on 25 June 2022 and got vocher inside the box when I scanned the voucher as per instruction given on vocher it's showing invalid.and second was visit boultaudio.com/rewards i visit follow the steps they told me to next purchase i can use given code but the validation date they provide me is expired. i want my reward

                  Hi Team
                  I have already written you an email in the past and received your standard response from your end to check with service centers.
                  I have got my new Q10 Bolt Earbuds replaced 3 times in one month of purchase, all 4 pieces had the same issue of Echo in Mic and major issues with not charging. every replaced piece worked for 4-5 days and it never got charged. This very defect seems to be because of a loose case, it does not shut properly.
                  I have not got any proper resolution from the service center F1-Info Solutions & Services Pvt. Ltd., Prabhadevi and have submitted my last received replaced product there. I have not received any information about turnaround time for my service request. I am expecting to receive a different model as this model clearly seems to be defective.
                  I tried to explain my situation to the customer care helpline but they are not able to provide me with any concrete solution or information about when my issue will get resolved.
                  I am very disappointed with the quality of service I am receiving from boult support services. I am writing this email in a hope to get some clarity or proper resolution.

                    Im buying boult audio fx1 black on 2021 August.. But 2022 june month battery backup capacity not getting. Then june 6th i am senting my boult audio fx1 to delhi wazipur addres for claim warranty, then june16 received the boult audio but its product is damaged, Left earpod sound not geting, then im again return to this damaged product to delhi address on june 18, after 1 week received your product, but in this courier no battery case and earbudd, i am showing this box is only USB cable user manual papper and cushion, not getting audio device.. My 2 time senting courier cash 180 rupees gone. Dear team please telme how it is possible? Fraud activities in your service centre. Kindly catch this theft and pullout in this office. Please arrange me warrenty product. This is my third time request, now customer care told me that opening vdeo is invalide.Kindly telme who is fraud?

                          I ordered a Bluetooth headset on 22nd of june and company claims that it will dispatch in mex 48hrs, but it dispatched on 27th june after regular complaints in coustom support. Now I want to cancel my order because it will deliver too late after whome i want to gift leave the town and they said that there's no cancellation policy available to cancel my order. It means once I paid money they are free to deliver product any time.

                                  1. I have purchased one head phone from your company. During use I noticed that sound problem in left side of ear phone. I registered a complaint whose ID is 0050564 dated 10 May 22 and I returned the item for further action.
                                  2 I got my item after someday. I was using the head phone and I again noticed button issue and charging pin issue. I again registered a complaint whose ID is 00518229 of 28 May 22. I dispatched the item to you for repair. After repair I got back my item.
                                  3. During use I noticed same problem as it was in second time. I again called and lodged a complaint. Complaint ID is 00518229. Your Rep told Item will be changed with new one.
                                  4. After receipt I came to know that same item was returned without any repair.
                                  5. I purchase Item from a reputed company but my money, time and energy is fully wasted and also I am tensed due to no action taken from your side.
                                  6. Customer care is not responding properly. Kindly look into matter and resolve my issue at the earliest.
                                  7. Customer care said item will replace but item is not replaced. I have receive damage item and also product packaging issue. Then I call customer care then customer care said item is replaced. Your company as committed fraud.
                                  8. Company is not helping.

                                        I have recently brought Boult Audio Air Bass Q10 Bluetooth ear buds through amazon. I purchased it 2 months ago with warrenty and I rarely used them.Few days ago I have noticed that the audio quality got decreased.And Now, I'm not able to hear anything from the right ear bud. The audio from the right ear bud is very low. This is totally unacceptable. Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
