I had recently gone to jupiter electronics to repair a britelite torch servicing to kupiter electronics near palarivattom junction kochi kerala. Their behaviour was very harsh and bad. I gave Rs.115 initially as service charge. Apart from this, they also asked for Rs.181 to be transferred online. Afterwards i was informed that the entire cost will be covered within rs. 181 and hence the initial amount of Rs.115 will be refunded.
But when i went to get the torch, they said that the amount has not been credited in their database and thus they cannot give me the amount.
they not only lied but also embarrased me in from of everybody. They initially told me that they would not service the torch unless i paid advance amount and afterwards were taking as if i had not paid any single money.
Within the 1 hour i was there in the centre, 3 people came shouting dissatisfied with the service.
