I have perchase a curve bluetooth in 27/01/2021 at tata clic online plateform . my bluetooth barty not work last one month

Dear Boult audio team my nack band not working I purchased this nack band before 22 days ago but not this is not working please check and reverted me and give me service center details in Udaipur Rajasthan.

Boult Audio Curve Pro bass, my product is under warranty purchased on May 2021, It's been a wonderful experience using your product, But from the last few days I'm unable to listen properly and it's only showing connected.
I hope you provide the best service possible.

Boult Audio Company sent my tracking id on email to AWB, but that track is not able to be done. Keep Tracking ID. Is telling wrong or giving any payment. Not giving back the product, please receive it!Its ticket number is reference number 00199369 please give me your product back.

The product I got after replacement also has not solved my problem still iam Facing compatibility issues & product is paining my ears and very uncomfortable as before.

I bought a Boult audio freepods pro on dt 19/7/21, within 15 days touch not working, I have registered complaint on dt 03/8/21 but not reply till now.
I want solution asap.

My headphones stopped working, just after 3 months from purchase, kindly replace these.

As I used the Boult airbass truebuds
For past one month within it the left side of the speaker is not working properly

Neckband does not working since i have purchased it

Headphones are not getting on after several weeks o[censored]sage.. need to be replaced.. tried to charge it
.its charging but its not being on . So wanted to replace asap.

I applied return request and handed the product to shop rocket executive agent, but till 5 days after i didn't get any about refund or replacement of my product i tried to call many time to the customer service executives but the problem didn't got resolved kindly inform me about the status of the product replacement

Buttons not working and also connectivity problem

Worst product and worst service providing by company side
Atleast one and half month I was complaining more n more time company are not responding to my problem

Headphone, connectivity issue and button are not working

Calling voice is not clear breakage voice currepted voice of low voice

I have purchased boult audio earphone 15 days ago. and till now one right side earphone is not working(completely dead)

I have purchase boult neckband in last December and after few month it is not working properly then I have mailed three time in boult complaint center but there is no response from company's side .
Kindly do the needful

Headphones are connected and fully charged. Sounds are okay for calls but its not playing any audio from music or videos. Media sounds on bluetooth settings are enabled but still there are no media sounds.
