            Dear Team,
            I purchase a Boult audio bluetooth curve plus neck band, but its stopped working before 1 month and I book a complaint then its picked up by you and repair then returned to me and I received it before 2 weeks. But now the same problem is there, its completely stopped working. No sound, sometimes its not connected with the device. Please do the needfull asap.

                I have send boult bluetooth headphone second time for replacement but after 20 days i didnot got any response. after purchase from flipkart we use it only 10 days after that its in your warehouse i have called too many times but didnot got any response. Please help to replace it as early as possible. On every call he says it is in process but after 20 days they again says its in process. sir how much time should taken by you for replacement. Please solv e the problem.

                  I purchased a Boult audio X1 from Flipkart, but just use of 2-3 weeks i faced some issues then I replaced that product. Now again i faced same problem & i complained but now i received a damage product from courier service what type of behaviour is these done by @boult company. Now i m going to file a complaint on @boult company for giving duplicate products 2 times very angry from @boultaudio. How a company cheat from customer? I am very angry from @boult for receiving damage product from courier

                      There is some manufacturing defect in the product. Product name is Boult Audio Probass Flow X Bluetooth. Delivered on 13 Jan 2021 through Flipkart. It's under warranty plss exchange it or remove its defect.

                        I replaced my boult audio free pods but its 10 months in 9 months now they are still in transit of about replacement almost 9 month ago I applied for replacement but when I got the item after 4 month of waiting period for my product to be repaired or replaced got back to me e it is wrong product and also defective product not work properly so I will Hindi place that same day when I receive the product they pick up that product almost after 15 days and yet I not received the product which is real buds

                          I complaint for my Boult bassbox blast/black under ticket number 00170530 on 12th of July 2021 but my product wasn't picked up then I called several times and finally my product got picked up on 24th of July and received at warehouse on 31st of July then my product was returned to me by 11th of August but when I checked my product the issue wasn't resolved and my warranty is also now expired I mailed them immediately on 11th itself but I didn't received any response . I had issue with charging point its light turns off and stops charging at 80% only and the problem still continues

                          I called them on 13/08 they said check battery backup time is 6 hour or not . I questioned if it's not then would you repair it .They replied we will see but it's difficult because the product got out of warranty

                          I called on several times again and finally was able to connect on 16.08.21 . They denied for any service saying it's out of warranty but the question still arises when I complaint in warranty if they would have repaired it properly then why would I had to even complaint on the same problem infact I didn't damaged it . I received without repair

                            I’ve returned a pair of bluetooth headphone. It’s been two months and I didn’t hear anything from boult until recently, I got an email which says that I sent an empty box which is completely false

                            I tried to reach out to your customer service but they didn’t helped me at all, and put the phone down on me multiple times.

                            I also have the proof that the order was successfully delivered to you guys. The courier was arranged by boult only

                              I've received 3rd replacement from the company. It was brand new. I used it for a while and on the first day itself the right side controls stopped responding. Buzz, crack sound in left side. Defective replacement done from the company.

                                I purchased Boult audio probass curve pro Bluetooth earphones on 5th May 2021 on Flipkart. But while watching videos, audio is breaking down very frequently and it is running my experience. I'm very disappointed with it. It came with a warranty of 1 year but it is malfunctioning in just 4 months.

                                Please look into it and either refund for it or replace the product asap.

                                  I purchased Boult over hear headphone 2 months before.

                                  Suddenly, my headphone stop working.so I raise my complaint and they give me a ticket number 00211836.and told me to send that defective headphone, on the following address. ( on 6 Aug, 2021)

                                  Its been a week and the support contact is not working, they're only picking up when I contact their business department. 12 August. 2021 still didn't got any response from boult audio company. They don't have any working support, and no warranty support at all. There's no way to approach this company.

                                  Going to file legal complaint under Scam, if they don't mend their way.

                                    Worst product service and functioning I've seen till now

                                    I purchased a Boult product from Flipkart in January of 2021. The product was a Boult wireless freepods earpieces having in-ear bluetooth functionality. I had also registered for Boult's one-year warranty policy as required.
