I ordered this earphone on Dec 31 in 2020, now it's only about 7 months.the earphone is not working now.i want an another earphone.

    I have Boult freepods,
    When u purchased it work properly but after 6 months they have problem which is about connectivity
    The freepods are connected then I pause the music for just 5 seconds then freepods disconnected automatically in 5 seconds and then after 2 minutes they will automatically turn on and connected
    This happens continue while in using ..

      Bought a product boult audio after some months one side of earfone is not working and i returned a product 2 month before. And they don't return my product back till now. Boult audio services is very cheap. I want my product return on any cost otherwise i will take the leagal action.

        Im trying to connect with Boult regarding my complaint from 1 montn, but my call gets disconnected automatically. And even I have mailed all the problems but nobody has responded since 1 month. This is pathetic. I will never recommend this brand to anyone. Even after I will not buy anything from Boult

          I had purchased Boult Audio Truebuds from Flipkart but within 2 months one side earbus created issue. Contacted customer support and the pick up of the product was arranged and picked up ID:00179331. Got delivered to them on 20th July. Till now they have not returned. 4 days back they informed that they have sent the product back to be using Bluedart with AWB number [protected] but to my horror no such records exists with Bluedart courier. Now they are not replying to any mail messages

                  My bluetooth earphone boult audio airbass combuds which i order from myntra and due to no return policy i claimed warrenty and send to customer service through shiprocket and after 1 week they send me mail that they got my product and the product will be repaired and dispatched within 3 to 4 working days. It been a month since it was sent. When I send a mail asking for the status, every time I receive the same mail saying that they got my product and the product will be repaired and dispatched within 3 to 4 working days.

                    Suddenly, my earbuds stopped working . even when we connect charging case to the charger, no light is shown. Earbuds are not connecting to my phone. Even less than 6 months only, they stopped working.

                      Fraud from boult audio and shadowfax

                      I ordered boult audio curve from amazon After 5 months one side of earphone stopped working. i Complaint it on company website boult at email id [protected]@boultaudio.com With raised a complaint with complain id sayed ticket id 00149342, they said that your order will be replaced or repaired and raised a pickup and said pickup will be in 2 days but the pickup done in 10th day.
                      And Give the Tracking id with https://shiprocket.co/tracking/R89302921KR...

                      I've bought I boult product 6 month ago now its not working I filled the complaint form 5 days ago still i haven't received any response. Neither they are responding to my calls.

                        My boult audio ear buds product was got damaged internally, I was submitted compliant and they said to return the product to there address, & same I was returned in the month of june’21 24th, but till now product not received to me, a auto mail is giving that your product was ready to dispatch since 8th july’21. I thick boult company is fraud

                                I had puchased an earphone of Boult audio. I am having problem with this product, so I registered a complaint regarding my issue. They assured me that they will replace my product shortly. Its been 2 months since I registered my complaint and now they are not answering my calls and Emails. Kindly look into this matter.
