I purchased boult audio probass curved bluetooth headphone form flipkart on may 2021. But after 2 months o[censored]sed one side of the headphone is damaged. I can't hear any sound from one side.

            Bould audio customer service care not picking the phone, machine speaking "your position in the queue is 19" but after 30 min when I get my position to talk with customer executive then did not respond me, after again when I make call position in the queue is x, and again did not get a response.
            very bad company and unprofessional I started to hate them and I make a complaint under a policy of fraud by boult company.

            the company receive my product but did not give me back

            I sent my product under warranty.

                My headphone is Boult audio probass curve pro I'm still in warranty period it's not working from last 1 month and I'm trying to reach u from then but very much unsatisfied with ur behaviour still got no response... highly unprofessional o[censored] r not able to fix the problem u shouldn't brag ta fact of warranty at all...never gonna shop with Boult again.

                  They told they will replace my device due to damaged part but they didn't replace anything, they took my device..but didn't provide anything in return... Their customer care is nil and does not give any reply back.

                      Initially this issue was only there when I was tring to connect with multiple devices but now after using for some time, it gets disconnected and starts vibrating annoyingly,

                      I have been trying to connect with the co. Via phn call and email but no one is responding and getting it replaces,

                      I did some research as well and there are no service center for them....

                            I had purchased Boult Audio AirBass
                            Monopod Bluetooth Headset Date :[protected]. Now earphone is not working. I complained and claimed for warranty through call and email both but they seem to show no response. I have just been given a ticket no[protected]ref:_00D2wCpJE6._5005i1eDRV:ref))
                            They say, usually it takes 24-48 hrs to be responded back but I still haven't received any progressive email showing actual interest in it.
                            In short, I feel that they are just stalling this issue. I am really unhappy with their customer care service although I loved the product very much.
