My boult earbuds aren't working, the left bud doesn't seem to start also the case doesn't seem to be charging...

I had purchased the boult audio pro bass curve neckband through Flipkart on 2nd Aug 2020, I am facing connective issue so logged the call in Boult ( Ticket Number[protected] after that one came for picked the device but after hat nobody responding, I had continuously calling to customer care number ( [protected] )but this number automatic disconnected, I am continuously sending the reminder ( Total 8 reminder has been sent ) to Boult customer...

My name is Janasatabdi Nayak. I'm from Odisha. I borrowed a boult neckband from Flipkart of worth Rs.899. The product is not turning on I had filed a complaint in bolut email they are not replying I think it's about from 12days I'm sending them mails they are not taking any action the product has a warranty period of 1 year I want to claim my warranty...

One side is not working no sound...

The earfone may not connect if the earfone is plugged and there may not any harmful breakage of earfone. so I want replaced my order plz sortout my problem as soon as possible....

I have purchased boult audio 13 days back from amazon but it suddenly heated & stop connecting with my phone & one is working but second ear audio stopped working.

Damage one Right side no sound...

I returned my boult earbuds due to some disconnectivity issue on june 28... till now I didn't receive my product back...

One of the ear piece for my boult audio Truebuds is not working properly. Its audio is visibly low as compared to the other ear piece despite playing it at full volume. Over the period of a few days its audio is decreasing even more and it even stops working sometimes even though they are fully charged. Kindly look into the matter and do the needfull....

The company does not pick up my call, how and from whom can I get the details of my product, Their customer care service is very bad, take strict action on their company, My product with issue give me a new product, Because my product is currently under on year warranty....

My Bluetooth Earbuds stops working in 3 months hence i tried to contact Boult Service center and request for warranty also wrote a mail after 31 days but so far no response.

We can only submit request through form, and can't reach to any customer support representative.

I was stuck by a purchase of Rs.3000 bud...

I was raised my product issue on May 14th 2021(Lockdown) hence product sent by through Delhivery courier to your address on June 21st 2021.

Product reached to your location on June 29th 2021.

My Earbuds Boult Audio Picked Up 14 July by shiproket, And till now I haven't got it back, Those earbuds went bad within 12-15 days, that's why i returned them, because i got one year warranty, give me my new earbuds and soon, Otherwise my money should be given back....
