I ordered x45 TWS from your website on june 23rd.case wasn't charging properly..i requested for replacement within a day..and my product reached your warehouse on july 5th..till now i didn't get my replacement..I called your customer service 7 or 8 times .first they told to wait for 48 hrs ..that was july 1st week..later they told me to wait for 24hrs for replacement.i didn't get it..then they told me that senior executicve will contact you..that also didn't happen..today again i called..after explaining everything executive told me to wait..and he cut the call..so i filed a complaint on customercare portal.

Hi, my name is Sanjeev Bharti. I have bought your X10 buds from Flipkart. But after 3-4 days, 1 side was not working properly & after that it was not getting charged. So, i went to your service center which is in Ghatkopar, Mumbai on 22nd July. So, they said it will deliver to your address or else you can collect it from here only. We'll update you. Now, today is 2nd of August. & They are saying that product is dispatched. You have to contact to the Boult customer care. So, pls help. This is very bad experience for me. Please resolve this ASAP.

    I had purchased my boult z20 green in January and I had replaced that recently but that replaced product is also defective so using delhivery app I sent my boult z20 green to service center in Delhi service center after filing a form to get my ticket no and my product is delivered there on 19th July but haven't received any updates till now

      I Placed 2 Orders Instead Of 1 Smartwatch and I Want To Cancel The Order For One Watch. But the Company Is Now Refusing To Cancel The Order Even Though It Is Not Even Packed For Shipping. I'm Very Upset, So Please Take Some Action On This Behaviour Of The Company. I Have Given Lot Of Calls Nd Mails To The Company Related To My Order Cancellation.

        Hello Boultm, Simpl what are the problem with you guy's

        i have orderd a product from boult audio using Simpl Pay Later (I don't have account in Simpl), after that i have cancelled that order and it is returned
        now the Simpl still asking for the payment.

        when i contacted Simpl they said
        "As specified by Boult Audio, all the issues regarding the transactions are to be directed to them. Since cancellations, quality issues, refunds, and changes in the status of the transactions can only be done by the merchant."

        Okay then i contacted Boult audio they said this "We would like to inform you that we do not have any cancellation and return policy."

        so what ?
        How can you say that ! you must need a cancellation and return policy
        The product is not delivered to me, then how do I make payment to Simpl for no reason ?

            I had purchased Boult audio Z25 earphones on 10th April 2023 from Amazon. Initially, they worked perfectly, and I was impressed with the sound quality. However, in the month of June, I noticed that one of the earphone is no longer functioning properly.
            I had written a mail to [protected]@boultaudio.com and through their delivery partner DTDC had returned the earphones. It been more than a month that i have heard anything from their side.
            I have written mails to them but no response.

                          Received X45 airpods with a damaged case. Contacted the customer support within 24hrs. Sent the product to their service center. Denied any replacement or refund.
                          Its not my mistake that i received a physically damaged outer case.
                          The customer service is the worst.

                            Received a damaged case of X45 airpods. They denied replacement just the day after i received it.

                            No response from the customer support. Sent the product to their service center.
                            They claimed to provide shipping charges filled a form also for the same and then did not provide any amount.

                                      Dear Boult Team,

                                      I have purchased two products X45 bluetooth accessories and Cosmic R smart watch but the calling feature is not available in smart watch and that's why I called customer care. I have discussed with Shaili (customer executive) about this thing and request her to cancel my order or suggest me for replacement process of this product with another Boult calling smart watch but she is denying to do this and said that there are no policy available in Boult company for this issue.

                                      I am highly disappointed with this response because every customer has the right to exchange the wrong product with the correct one in case they ordered by mistake. Hence request you to please look into this matter and replace this watch with another calling feature watch.
