Ho Team,

My Bluetooth Earbuds stops working in 3 months hence i tried to contact Boult Service center and request for warranty also wrote a mail after 31 days but so far no response.

We can only submit request through form, and can't reach to any customer support representative.

I was stuck by a purchase of Rs.3000 bud

    Hi Complaint,

    I want to know the my product status.

    What is an actual issue from your side?

    I was raised my product issue on May 14th 2021(Lockdown) hence product sent by through Delhivery courier to your address on June 21st 2021.

    Product reached to your location on June 29th 2021.

    Please tell me still how many days I want to wait. Seriously disappointed your service.
    Even not shared product tracking status also.

      My Earbuds Boult Audio Picked Up 14 July by shiproket, And till now I haven't got it back, Those earbuds went bad within 12-15 days, that's why i returned them, because i got one year warranty, give me my new earbuds and soon, Otherwise my money should be given back.

        The product isn't turning on after two months o[censored]se. It is still under warranty period but the company isn't responding to the complaints . I want the company to fix my headphones.

            Already I complaint two times but till now there is no responses or reply from company representatives .

              I purchased this product on 20-october-2020. it get faulty on approx 26-june-2021, I already complaint in boult and delivery boy bring my faulty Boult Audio AirBass Monopod in-Ear Wireless Bluetooth Earphones. but there is no response from boult side. every time they send me system generated mail that your device will dispatched within 3-4 days. let me know when i get my wireless blutooth. toll free no. not reachable at every time. very poor service

                  I have purchased Boult Audio headset in the month of Feb 2021 and it is having a 1 year replacement warranty.
                  My headset got damaged and I have approached Boult support asking for replacement. Upon getting all the details they assured me that headset will be replaced.
                  This has happened in June 2021. Since then I am continuously following up with them but there is no response from any of the support team. My money has wasted in this headset.

                  I would request to take my complaint and take necessary action.

                            I registered a complaint on boult audio official site on 5th July 2021, but didn't get any update on my complaint except tracking ID. And the status of tracking is in pending status till now.

                            Call your customer care support but the call gets auto disconnected. Please give me an update on my replacement product.

                              I registered a complain more than a week ago and, they mailed that in 24-48hrs some one will call and responce to my issue and give resolution, but no such thing occured, and even their customers care no is no reachable and responsible.                                   On 3rd July I sent my earphones to your given address. But till now there is no response . Also I had called customer support but they told me we will check. But till now there is no response. And now when I am calling your customer support they can't pick up my call. I already sent my product. Please check and mail me .

                                    I have purchased my boult audio propods from amazon on 11 may 2021 and today it is 21 july 2021 and the left ear pod is not charging in the case and not working at all. I hope you would be having the solution for this problem.
