Boult Audio Airbass FX1 True Wireless Earbuds were gifted to me by my wife but it has stopped working after only 10 days. Complaint was lodged on 7th June, a ticket created via Ticket ID: 00122377 but nothing has happened till now. I have dropped multiple emails but they have not much helped to resolve the issue. Very disappointing and disgusting that customer has to follow up from 1 month but customer care is not bothered to reply/help.

              Updated by Shubhakaran swami               It has been 17days but still no response from the boult audio about my product (Boult Audio airbuds) which I had send through the reverse pickup arranged by boult audio. Pickup courier has already send the product successfully to boult audio in 25jun(for reference i attach the email came from pickup courier) but till now no response has came from boult Audio about my product.
              This whole process is to claim my warranty.

                I'm complaining about boult audio combuds, it's right side buds are automatically stop, it's heated too, and it not perfectly fit

                I purchased boult audio combuds, but its right side bud was automatically stopped working, and it heated automatically in charging case, and it is not perfectly fits in charging case. The changing of Case is does not last long....

                      Need a Replacement of my boult audio airbass monopod, as it's battery is not working, after full charged it's battery is draining automatically without using it, & my product is under warranty. So please replace it as early as possible....

                                With due respect, I would like to inform you that I have sent a complaint to your company for poor working of your product ( Boult Audio AirBass Propod).

                                Sir, I am a Medical Representative by occupation and I have to do my work online also and for that, I need good connectivity of buds, but from last week I seriously got a bad response from your company. Your mail process is too slow. Still, I didn't get new buds.

No action is been taken from your end ever this device of mine is replaced 2 time and still the problem is not resolved also this third time again when it wasnt rectified after replacement i asked them for refund but they said we will rectify it but till now no one came to pick.
