Hi,
I had some issues with Headset which I procured from Amazon. Since it was covered under warranty, I registered a complaint to Boult Audio email ([protected]@boultaudio.com) support and got a reply that headset will be replaced. After few days, I received a message that a courier guy will come and pick the faulty one and they did. Boult team also assured that the replacement headset will be provided as there are delays because of Covid. Now that the faulty headset is picked and the team is not yet responding to my emails. I need an update at the earliest "WHETHER I WILL GET A REPLACEMENT OR WILL I BE REFUNDED?".
