Dear Boult Team,
I purchased Boult Airbass Combuds at 1299/- now it’s having issue if I send this package to Delhi though courier it charges about 500/-+ to send a courier from my place Hyderabad Telangana to New Delhi, it doesn’t make sense on baring 500/-+ on faulty product to get repaired where it actually is cost of 50% of courier charge now .
Can you please give me clarification on this? barring 50% of product money by courier charges .Will you pay courier charges to me if I send the package to your service center address what non-sense you planned to do service for this . Warranty would be come in free of cost and free of service who will pay courier charges for this if I send it through courier,
@Boult Team : Kindly arrange pick up from place and get it through courier and send it back to me once it got repaired .
