Audio system not to working in music before 5 to 6 days ago, boultaudio just connected to call only, please as possible as repair it properly

The two earpieces are not connecting to each other. One of them turns off while connecting to phone.

Cracking sound from one ear makes very much uncomfortable.

Dear Team,

I wish to claim the warranty of my Boult Audio Strom X Earphones purchased from amazon on 30th AUG, 2020.
Yesterday suddenly the right earbud stopped working and no audio was being heard from it. This happened while using the earphones.
I tried raising a ticket at "https://support.boultaudio.com/portal/en/newticket", but the page won't let me upload the invoice and the pop up shows ``unable to process...

The product overheated and stopped working just after 2 months of purchase . And now its not turning on .

Please look into the matter as soon as possible .

Right side airpod not working

I recently bought Boult Bluetooth earphones from an e-commerce website. The first 2 months were nice and smooth as the product perfomed as intended but then suddenly one of the earpiece stopped working. So, I thought it might be a one in a thousand glitch could've happened with anyone. Hence, giving Boult the benefit of doubt I went to their website to file a complaint and get a replacement.

First of all their after sales service is terrible. I mean I have used products and they get damaged from time to time but the experience of getting it fixed is what makes or breaks the show. Firstly they don't respond to your complaints and are unaware of their own services.

Secondly, they only have a single service center in all of India that too in Delhi. So if someone wants to get his product replaced from Gujarat, that person has to spend money from his pocket and send them the product to their service center in Delhi, where the product might get "lost" and you may never get it back. Try all you want but higher chances of you not getting your product.

My complaint ticket id is 00037983. you had not able to saw my invoice. which i gave 4 days ago. it was clearly seen that this bluetooth was purchased on 27 october and other related things . i am now

Earphone is not working properly, I courier to service center Delhi on 25 Jan 2021 and Boult audio service team received on 29 Jan 2021 but they are not repaired the earphone. I called customer care executive to help me but they alway says that earphone is repaired and it will be deliver to me within a week. But 2-3 week gone I haven't received.

My earphone has stopped working properly. It gets switched off on its own and then doesn't get on and if it does, it gets switched off within a few minutes again. I have sent several emails but I only get reassuring auto replies. I am attaching my invoice here
