    I purchased the said product on 21.10
    20 from Amazon. All is fine except for the mic which doesn't Work.hence unable to speak through call via these pods. I made complaint multiple times through [protected]@boultaudio.com however they are closed as they are not in the prescribed format. They have given a link for submitting a complaint but the portal say already complaint is registered with them. Made multiple call to customer service, which yielded nothing.they simply say it has to be done through the same link which they provided.but it is not taking complaint through that link.

        I bought this product in mid December. I experienced volume diffence in left and right earphone, this difference is very large, at on point i ma able to hear clearly in one but other side doesnt work.
        I contacted customer care, they asked me to ship that product and i shipped it.
        They send that faulty earphone again and said that they have fixed it.
        Now i paid even more for that one sided earphone.

        Now they are not responding.

          As boult neckband was not working I have send for repair after repair they have send me back again for 10days it was working now again same problem persists I can't courier it back as it is costing me much send me the new one

                            On 10th November i ordered a boult storm x from Flipkart and it was delivered on 16th November.
                            Then on the afternoon of 17th November i got a call from a boult executive and he asked me if I bought the boult storm x from Flipkart, i said yes.
                            Then he said that if i review the product on the Flipkart and share the screen shot with him then i will get a guaranteed reward of minimum 100₹ paytm cash and further more.
                            I did the same and shared the screen shot with him then he said it would take 72 hours hours for your reward.
                            After four days, when i didn't get any information about it i tried call him but he didn't picked up.
                            Then i tried to complaint on Boult two to three times i even raised a ticket with no. 203721 but my issue isn't solved yet.
                            Whenever i call Boult customer care they always say that we raised it and you will get your reward in two days but now its been 2 months.

                              This is regarding the neck band wireless earphone I have purchase in Dec 2020 from Paytm.

                              After 10 day use starting facing issues of power on &

                              Auto Buds are getting disconnected while calling .

                              Regarding this I have call log to bout customer care

                              ticket no :280475 received the product after 7 days again same issue with new issue created that is not connecting to any device .

                              Regarding this again call no customer care for this & inform that previous issue was not solved & new issue has created ticket :
                              0001165. Today 8 Feb received the product i have but still having issue not connecting to any device .

                              Today same has informed to customer care regarding issue has not resolved yet they tell send the product . How, many time I should sent the product for repairing already 2 time i have send .

                              2 times i have sent the product.

                              Each courier cost -almost 150 to 200 per cosurier

                              Even i have not used the product for 1 month .
