I recently bought Boult Bluetooth earphones from an e-commerce website. The first 2 months were nice and smooth as the product perfomed as intended but then suddenly one of the earpiece stopped working. So, I thought it might be a one in a thousand glitch could've happened with anyone. Hence, giving Boult the benefit of doubt I went to their website to file a complaint and get a replacement.

First of all their after sales service is terrible. I mean I have used products and they get damaged from time to time but the experience of getting it fixed is what makes or breaks the show. Firstly they don't respond to your complaints and are unaware of their own services.

Secondly, they only have a single service center in all of India that too in Delhi. So if someone wants to get his product replaced from Gujarat, that person has to spend money from his pocket and send them the product to their service center in Delhi, where the product might get "lost" and you may never get it back. Try all you want but higher chances of you not getting your product.

                Earphone is not working properly, I courier to service center Delhi on 25 Jan 2021 and Boult audio service team received on 29 Jan 2021 but they are not repaired the earphone. I called customer care executive to help me but they alway says that earphone is repaired and it will be deliver to me within a week. But 2-3 week gone I haven't received.

                  My earphone has stopped working properly. It gets switched off on its own and then doesn't get on and if it does, it gets switched off within a few minutes again. I have sent several emails but I only get reassuring auto replies. I am attaching my invoice here

                      I purchased the said product on 21.10
                      20 from Amazon. All is fine except for the mic which doesn't Work.hence unable to speak through call via these pods. I made complaint multiple times through [protected]@boultaudio.com however they are closed as they are not in the prescribed format. They have given a link for submitting a complaint but the portal say already complaint is registered with them. Made multiple call to customer service, which yielded nothing.they simply say it has to be done through the same link which they provided.but it is not taking complaint through that link.

                          I bought this product in mid December. I experienced volume diffence in left and right earphone, this difference is very large, at on point i ma able to hear clearly in one but other side doesnt work.
                          I contacted customer care, they asked me to ship that product and i shipped it.
                          They send that faulty earphone again and said that they have fixed it.
                          Now i paid even more for that one sided earphone.

                          Now they are not responding.

                            As boult neckband was not working I have send for repair after repair they have send me back again for 10days it was working now again same problem persists I can't courier it back as it is costing me much send me the new one
