          I have bought “Boult Audio ProBass Curve Neckband wireless Bluetooth in-ear earphones with mic (Blue)” price 999(Including tax) from Amazon on “11 Aug 2020” (refer attached file of warranty and invoice).

          My earphone one side ear plug stopped working after 5 months only. It is still in its warranty period. I want my headphones to be repaired immediately or else to be replaced.

          So, I kindly request you to look into this matter by replacing the new product. if you don't please refund my amount Rs. 999.

          Requesting for prompt action on my complaint.

          Looking forward to seeing you soon as a good service provider to customers.

                    No escalation matrix

                    I have raised a complaint with complain ID :- 60233, also get mail to pruduct recieved, and will dispatched in 3-4 working day but after 10 days when I call they are saying to re register complain and putting me on hold 5 to 10 minute each time. No senior person is there or they are not transferring call to him....

                    The earphone doesn't starts now even chrged fully n only starts when it is plugged in to the chrger it is in warranty n i wanted it to be repaired/replaced

                            i don't know what exact repair you guys did, the product is once again not working. It says Power on, Power on, Power on but not connects.

                            Sorry to say I am totally disappointed with the product and service.

                            Totally waste of 900 rupees for product and 400 rupees for courier charges to repair product that to from Bangalore to Delhi.

                            Most importantly you guys are made me lose the love and interest in Boult Audio wireless products. I was supposed to take 2 more products for my family members but now ...?
