      Bolt Maverick Earbuds ordered on 10 Nov 2022 has not been delivered yet (22 Nov 2022). When you call their customer care, all you get is a message that you will receive your product in 48 hours.
      For the last 5 days, even his 48 hours have not been completed. My mistake, order from their website (www DOT boultaudio DOT com)

        I have purchased boult audio devise through Amazon on 04/01/22. The product was complaint and I have claimed warranty and I sent the product on 13/10/22. On 19/10/22 I received mail saying that my product has been successfully dispatched via ticket ID 00699480.
        While checking the status every day, on 25/10/22, I saw the delivery status as "THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED''
        I was waiting for the delivery agent's call or message but i didn't get any call or message nor the product.
        I called customer service agents and spoke to them, they informed me they will raise complaint and it will take 8-10 working days.
        after 8 working day, I called but they are saying that the product has been already delivered and we cannot do anything.
        I repeatedly called again and again but no one is ready to help me and I even sent more than 10 emails and same reply is getting -The product has been delivered.
        Its almost one month Iam repeatedly calling boult Customer service and today also i called and they are disconnecting by saying the product has been delivered.
        As a customer I need justice. I have spent money and I need my produst
        please help me

              I had an Issue with Boult Air Pod ear bud, Raised a ticket and courier the Product to Boult Serivce Center, After 10 days I received the Product, Still the Same issue, Product was not being serviced, one ear bud is working another one is not working. Very very Poor Service from Boult, Dont buy Boult product in online or offline, such a cheap and fraud product

                Dear Team,

                I wish to claim the warranty of my Boult Audio Airbass Z10 purchased from amazon on 23 September 2022.
                From Two Days Before I noticed, sometimes the voice quality in one side decrease, automatically turn off while using, and voice breaking and then tells "Disconnected". This happened while using the earphones.
                I tried raising a ticket "https://support.boultaudio.com/portal/en/newticket", but the page won't let me upload the invoice and the pop up shows ``unable to process your request".
                So I am writing this mail as the last option since the customer care number also won't connect.
                Kindly guide me through the warranty claim process. I was very happy with the product regarding the performance, range and battery backup. Would like to keep using it in the future as well.

                      I have purchased a product from boult audio the product was under warranty after few months battery drained early so I was claim warranty for the product and send it to replaced/ reparing vide token number 00682101 after few days I got a mail that my product was replaced and send it by shiprocket courier partner vide courier tracking number is SF86774999KR when I was open the courior I was shocked because the only data cable received on it. After the complaint company denied from that and the unboxing video is invalid said by the company. Please help me out and refund my money back.

                          This was 2nd time ihad lodged the complaint of faulty boult airdopes product which was bought from myntra . I had lodged the complaint for faulty product ( boult airdopes ) & surrendered the faulty product at service centre.After 12-15 days finally i got call that your product will deliver today’s. But after product received we all are shocked when saw empty box.when lock the complaint to Boult audio portal. Surprisingly I got answer from them, that you should take video before open the pack, bow we cant do anything .even i shared a pictures .I dint had idea that Boult also sends empty products boxes instead of real & genuine product.thats why I didn’t take video. I thought they are doing their job sincerely & i showed trust. This happened first time in my life. Otherwise I definitely took videos. Also about video no one told me from service center ( where i submit faulty products twice ) or call center ( where i called multiple times for follow ups before receiving the item ). How i come to know that that the product will come to me without actual product .

                          We are spending our hard earned money for purchase products with trust & they are giving this kind of excuses & service. Instead of helping to customers you are finding the ways of run away. This is not acceptable & I will not tolerate this anymore this is 3rd time you all westing my time & disappointing Me with the same product . I suffered a lot because of this. ( 2 times gave faulty product to me & when I applied for replacement, i got these excuses)
                          I want my original & genuine airdopes immediately.

                                  My type-C probass curve-X bluetooth earphone model was replaced with some micro usb charging model.

                                  1) I dont want to visit service centre (as this is Boult's fault and there is always heavy rush at service centre)

                                  2) Either Boult should arrange pickup and replacement, Or I should be reimbursed for courier charges, if I need to courier it.
