          I am writing to you to report a concerning issue with a recent delivery that I was supposed to receive on 4th March 2023. According to your delivery tracking system, the product has been marked as delivered, but I have not received it yet.

          I am very disappointed and concerned about this situation. I was eagerly awaiting the arrival of this product, and now it seems that it has been lost or misdelivered. I kindly request that you investigate the matter and update me on the status of my delivery as soon as possible.

            I call many times he told me your order update in 24hrs .today I call customer care she told wait 24hrs.i also mail customer support he reply wait 24 hrs.i order one product in 9/03/23 and today is 11/03/23 .he not update one order .i request customer care to cancel my order if you not provide delivery status.she cut my call and again I tried he hold my phone.pls help me i have all call recording.                         I have ordered Boult Audio white airbass y1 and after getting the same.
                        I am facing so many issues with it.
                        Every time I need to connect both the earbuds separately manually
                        At the time of listening the music if I am putting the earbud in it’s case back then also songs are running in the case

                        What is this pathetic feature?

                                      Yesterday suddenly the right earbud stopped working and no audio was being heard from it. This happened while using the earphones.

                                        Sir/ ma'am,
                                        I have purchased boult audio Z 20 from Boult Audio official website, received on 28.12.2022, when i opened the box, i found that,
                                        1. No Earbuds rubber in the box.
                                        2. Charging case and Earbuds are full of scratched.
                                        3. The next day i noticed that the earbuds are not fully charged after charging of several time.
                                        on this purchase. I mailed Boult Audio as well Call to customer care. details are as under.

                                        on dated 29.12.2022, 30.12.2022, 02.01.2023 & 05.01.2023.
                                        Reply received from bout Audio after elapse of 05 days of 01st mail and till date "If you're facing any technical difficulties with the product please let us know so that we can assist you in a better way."

                                        on 02.01.2023 Reply received " We would like to inform you that you case has escalated so kindly wait for 24 to 48 hour we will update you". After elapse 04 days now i sent msg to bout audio twitter return msg received "Thank you for your response"

                                        on 29.12.2022 & 02.01.2023, replied received "Mail us" .

                                        As per Replacement and Refund Policy of Boult Audio
                                        Boult will provide a replacement for a product if informed within 72 hours of receipt of the products and under the following conditions:

                                        Wrong Product has been received
                                        Damaged product has been received
                                        Documentary evidence in the form of a photo or video
                                        Replacement can be made if the customer reports the same to our Customer Service team by calling at +91 [protected] (10:00 a.m to 7:00 pm/6 days a week), or write an email to [protected]@boultaudio.com.

                                        If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact Boult Audio Customer Service immediately. The Boult Audio team will look into the case and will dispatch a replacement. This policy is valid only up to 72 hours from the delivery of the order. Boult Audio will dispatch a replacement immediately.

                                        As well as Boult Audio Says that mail us and We Will respond within 24 hours.
                                        All policies of Boult Audio are worthless.

                                        Now I feel, Boult Audio Cheat/fraud with me.

                                        All images and unboxing video and Bill in this regard are enclosed herewith for your reference.

                                        Therefore it is requested that boult audio Z20 may kindly be replaced or refund my money.
