Sir, i have purchased boult audio in august 2019. It was working well i the starting. But now the problem is it is not switching on at all. The headset gets charged. But it will not connect with any of the bluetooth device since one month. Due to corona, i delayed registering the complaint as it is a problem for sending the product. I stay in village. My colleague's told that the product is good so i purchased but seriously it is causing me a problem. Very much disappointed that i paid more amount thinking about the brand and lost my money. Because of me three other took the same product. Their product is good. But mine is not working. Please make necessary arrangements for replacing the product. Kind request please.

I m was buying neckband in Flipkart on 14/10/2019 it has 1 year warranty i want to draw your attention to this product. This is not working properly, I face Charging problem before a week, but now Power On/Off Button is also not working, so kindly take back this product to me and provide me another neck band please revert as soon as possible order id mention below.
