          Sir, i have purchased boult audio in august 2019. It was working well i the starting. But now the problem is it is not switching on at all. The headset gets charged. But it will not connect with any of the bluetooth device since one month. Due to corona, i delayed registering the complaint as it is a problem for sending the product. I stay in village. My colleague's told that the product is good so i purchased but seriously it is causing me a problem. Very much disappointed that i paid more amount thinking about the brand and lost my money. Because of me three other took the same product. Their product is good. But mine is not working. Please make necessary arrangements for replacing the product. Kind request please.

                I have ordered boult audio probass curve bluetooth wireless neckband with mic (Blue) long back (8 to 9 months). When i received call voice is not able to listen. Able to listen songs and all others things. But it causing problem whenever call comes. Its seems that micro phone not working. Whenever i call any one able to listen person voice, but person which another side of call not able to listen my voice.

                  Both the earphones are not giving any output when connected to the phone.
                  The ear loops are broken which means i have to put it into opposite bear rather than assigned one's to use it
                  One of the earpiece stopped working last month and the other one isn't functioning from the last 5 days.
                  The jack and the wire is to be adjusted in order to get any output from the left earphone assigned
                  But due to the broken loop i have to put it into right year to get any sort of output

                  Boult curve audio neck band bloutooth battery backup 10 minutes also not available. So please provide warranty replacement. Boult curve audio sound quality is very good.voice mice also good . Call receiving and outgoing call voice clarity also best. But battery backup time is more than 10 min not available.                     I have complained online form & sent my "boult audio curve - x bbd edition bluetooth headset with mic" to customer service for repair or exchange. But they sent me another model "pro bass curve" without any approval or information of me. After getting the product i saw that the sent product is old one & it's sound & battery is worse than the product "boult audio curve - x bbd edition bluetooth headset with mic". I sent mail to the customer service department of boult audio regarding this matter, but they are giving the stupid reply like the product you have sent was only sold in big billions day, so that we cann't exchange the same product.
                    My question is "if you are unable to repair or exchange the same model then have you mentioned it on your warranty card"? Then how can you did it?

                    I am Suryaansh, had purchased Boult loop few months ago from amazon. It's left side airbud stopped working yesterday. Since it is in warranty period I request you guys to repair/replace it as soon as possible since I have only one earphone and I'm stuck with it.

                      Please note my boult audio probass curve neckband unable to switch on properly right now, i have tried lot of times it shows 90% suddenly switch off, it is purchased on 7th oct 2019, have warranty period for 1 year so please help in this case, please resolve my problem asap, please replace and provide the information asap, switch on issue and battery is not holding for long time always trying to recharge so please help in this case to resolve...

                      I purchased a bolt muse wireless earphone with mic in august from amazon. After that it worked properly only for one month since then it is not connecting to any of my devices. I already complaint earlier but get no response till now. Please resolve it as soon as possible. Somewhere i feel that i wasted my money in this. Even local earphones work properly for atleast 2-3 months.

                        I bought a boullt audio curve wireless neckband magnetic earphone on 23rd september 2019. But now my left side ear pod is not working...
                        After 6month use, left side ear bluetooth have connecting problems. Although its switch button speaking on and off with blinking lights but it is not connecting with a smartphone so this product under warranty so please do corrective action and solve my issue... And otherwise, replace my product

                          Please help here to check the product as it auto disconnect to mobile also while connect to mobile it start sounding different voice on Bluetooth.

                          I bought my boult curve neckband before two months from amazon. The day before yesterday it suddenly stops working. Although it is getting connected with the phone but the volume is not audible. Since it is in warranty kindly replace this defective piece with the new one as soon as possible.

                              Sir, i have use boult audio curve wireless neckband magnetic earphone with mice running the earphone for the last four months but it is not charging before 3 to 4 days. And charging point like red color is not indicated. Ii have a lot of work for earphone in the office.

                                I bought boult audio earphone from flipkart. It's less than about 4 months from which the left side isn't working. It seems like there is problem regarding the audio jack. The sound system was very good earlier. Would you please help to make claim my warranty which i got when brought from flipkart.
