On off switch not working mobile number [protected].And also I'm unable to carry despite of battery low.so, try to change my product.Because I'm unable to use the product is totally waste of cost. That's why I'm here to complaint you try to recovery my product as much as possible and quick then only I can use my bluetooth and that's why I bought your product it is easy to attend call and use Because of that I want the same product....

I have bought boult head phone from amazon on 1 october 2019
Its stop working. Now what am i suppose to do.
I request you to please replace the product and give a new headset to me.
Hoping a quick response from the boult team and fast action on the customers problem to resolve the issue.

I have ordered boult audio headphone, after a month one side speaker stopped working. So i sent a mail to boult for warranty claim. They asked me to send the product to their delhi office and i sent. That it from that point no response from their end so basically i end up paying 1, 500 to a company like a donation.

I want new product as promised in warranty...

It is not working properly within 2months but it is not broken and it is not even getting on and i tried to return to amazon but i can't return so atleast i want to repair this item and get back so i kindly request you to repair it and give back and it is urgent and my work is depend on that so i kindly request you to service my boult audio as soon as possible and i have an one year warranty card...

My black boult curve "earphone's battery" is defective, and it is imperfect in charging by time, and some times the battery got down automatically, so i have to do complaint due to faulty product which i got.. Because it has been only 3 or 4 months completed, so which is in the warranty period, however please let my product keep in warranty.~your faithfully customer....

I bought a boult curve neckband in ear with mic from amazon on 01/10/2019 with one year brand warrnty. But after some time i faced some problem in right side speaker, and now right side speaker not working.in my city no custmeor service for bolut product, so i tried to complaints many ways but there is no link & not able to use this product. On amazon no detailing for how to redeem warrnty on bolut product, so i tried to complanits online...

My earphones got bursted out when it was put for charge and it is still in waranty period.
It is not in working condition now.

I would like to get replacement for the same.
Please get the earphones replaced at the company's cost.

A product of yours was purchased by me through flipkart on 9th of september, 2019.
It is still in warranty and i want it's replacement or in possible then refund as it is not working properly and i'm dissatisfied by using it.

I had purchased boult audio wireless space gray.in two months product malfunctioned so i had to send defective piece at my cost at delhi office. And then sent me new product after more than 1 week. Again product malfunctioned in 2 months and again in 1 month and last replacement that i received was used and rugged.
