Both the earphones are not giving any output when connected to the phone.
The ear loops are broken which means i have to put it into opposite bear rather than assigned one's to use it
One of the earpiece stopped working last month and the other one isn't functioning from the last 5 days.
The jack and the wire is to be adjusted in order to get any output from the left earphone assigned
But due to the broken loop i have to put it into right year to get any sort of output
Boult Audio customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Boult curve audio neck band bloutooth battery backup 10 minutes also not available. So please provide warranty replacement. Boult curve audio sound quality is very good.voice mice also good . Call receiving and outgoing call voice clarity also best. But battery backup time is more than 10 min not available. So please provide warranty replacement.
Not working ..it's heating button side
I have purchased Boult Audio BassBuds Storm Wired Headset with Mic from Flipkart dated[protected] and now right bud not working.
Please arrange the replacement for the same and have also attached the invoice copy for reference.
Also, updated my mobile number [protected] to contact me.

    I have complained online form & sent my "boult audio curve - x bbd edition bluetooth headset with mic" to customer service for repair or exchange. But they sent me another model "pro bass curve" without any approval or information of me. After getting the product i saw that the sent product is old one & it's sound & battery is worse than the product "boult audio curve - x bbd edition bluetooth headset with mic". I sent mail to the customer service department of boult audio regarding this matter, but they are giving the stupid reply like the product you have sent was only sold in big billions day, so that we cann't exchange the same product.
    My question is "if you are unable to repair or exchange the same model then have you mentioned it on your warranty card"? Then how can you did it?

      I purchased a bolt muse wireless earphone with mic in august from amazon. After that it worked properly only for one month since then it is not connecting to any of my devices. I already complaint earlier but get no response till now. Please resolve it as soon as possible. Somewhere i feel that i wasted my money in this. Even local earphones work properly for atleast 2-3 months.

        Hi team,
        I bought a boullt audio curve wireless neckband magnetic earphone on 23rd september 2019. But now my left side ear pod is not working...
        After 6month use, left side ear bluetooth have connecting problems. Although its switch button speaking on and off with blinking lights but it is not connecting with a smartphone so this product under warranty so please do corrective action and solve my issue... And otherwise, replace my product

          I'm used your one of the product built audio probass curve neck band in last 2months.. this product is not worked properly in since last month on wards... It's automatically switched off without any reason.. and use the volume buttons and also switched off. Please check my product and resolve immediately.. thank you.
          I bought my boult curve neckband before two months from amazon. The day before yesterday it suddenly stops working. Although it is getting connected with the phone but the volume is not audible. Since it is in warranty kindly replace this defective piece with the new one as soon as possible.
          My boult curve Bluetooth headphones right speaker not work.i have to repair my Bluetooth is one year warranty period.

            Boult audio is not working and it's not on.
            When i am charging it, its sow a blue light but after removing charger it continues sow blue light.
            When trie to open it, it is not on
            When i put it in charging its sow that its charging full
            But its not open

                I bought boult audio earphone from flipkart. It's less than about 4 months from which the left side isn't working. It seems like there is problem regarding the audio jack. The sound system was very good earlier. Would you please help to make claim my warranty which i got when brought from flipkart. Please solve the issue by replacing a good one or solving the issue

                  I received my boult bluetooth headset on july 24th 2019 through flipkart. Now headset is not charging properly, it is disconnecting automatically. After pairing with device only it's charging... Charging percentage is showing differently. Attached invoice copy and sent mail also. Do the needful asap.

                    As per your instructions shared, i've sent the defect earphone through courier in the month of dec'19 in order to claim warranty. But it has come back / returned with no information or detail whatsoever.
                    Please provide me the proper guidance how to settle this issue.

                      I have purchased a bolt curve headset in october 2019 on amazon portal, it was worked fine up to 3 months after i purchased it, after then i have been a facing connectivity issue with the bluetooth which it's not getting turning it on by press holding the button for a while even though it has full charge in it. Also it will turns off when i used to press the volume up button and it's not getting the voice (Turning off) when i turning it off as i was received the same in 1st month usage of the headset.

                      I'm facing the issue very severely whenever i gets urgent work to connect it to live process.

                      I appreciate your company if that the product would be replaced with a proper one in view of high privilege of your brand, otherwise it would leads to negative impact on your brand and amazon too for not providing genuine product's.

                            The bass is worst and the sound is cracking and not audible something. Fix it please. The sound is very less. I want it's servicing asap. Please try fixing it.
