I used it for 2 months in that 2 months i did not got any problem but recently i got charging issue that is while i am charging the charging light was not showing and not charging so i want the help from you to this issue of charging i had warranty card and box and bill with me so please solve my issue and give me the solution to my problem thank you iiyo

Ticket I'd 55057 has been created for me for a Boult Curve Bluetooth earphone that has charging issue.

It's been a week since i have couriered them the faulty device .
Till now they have not provided any response or update

I had purchased boult curve on 09.08.2029 and i had claimed warranty they asked me to send the product through courier. I sent the product and they received it on 18.12.2019.

And till now no response i tried several mails, calls but it was no use they dont pick the call.

They have taken the product also. I think i lost my product as well as the money i spent for courier. I didn't expect this kind of service.😔😔😔
Left ear phone not working please replace under warranty. I have buyed just 3 month before please give me my replacement they are costly

    I had earlier too complained about boult earphone still there was no service provided by uh all
    The boult audio wireless curve earphone i m using is in 6 months warranty and i had purchased it in october and now it stopped working plzzz as soon as possible provide the service and get it work properly in the earphone voice is not coming and it is only working till it is on charging point and after it is plugged out from charging point it dosent turns on

      Boult audio bassbuds storm wired earphone not working.
      I purchased boult earphone within 2 month without any damaged or any single scratches the earphone can't work, i took this product on a trust. I had heard about the bolt company so i bought this product.
      I had no idea that it was going to get worse in 2 months. It also does not have a service center in my place.
      So i requested please solve my problem.

      I have bought " Boult Audio BassBuds Loop in-Earphone (Red) price 449 (Including tax) on offer from Amazon, Right ear of the earphone is not working properly. It is still in its warranty period. I want my headphone to be repaired immediately.

            It's nearly two months before I purchased this from Amazon but not it is behaving in unusual way. The headphones stop in middle then restart again. Volume up is not working and when pressed the headphones stop unexpectedly without saying " power off " and when tried to start with power button it won't stop but if tried after nearly 10 mins it starts again...
            Fix my problem!

              I had purchased boult audio storm earphones and i had claim warranty they asked me to send the product through courier. I sent the product on 26-11-19. And till now no response i tried several mails, calls but it was no use they dont pick the call. They have taken the product also. I think i lost my product as well as the money i spent for courier. I didn't expect this kind of service.😔😔😔 if we go to there official website they display we are coming soon. I just hope i get my product and problem resolve...

                Worst product and service by boult i have purschased boult muse wireless headphone and after 3 months one side stopped working i have already raised a complaint to the company and have send the defective product still i didnt get any response from the company about the warranty claimed and still they haven't shipped me the product back. I am very much disappointed by their service and their warranty claim its been already more than 2 weeks i have send them the defective product but no response from the company
                I have purchased bluetooth earphones on 1st oct 2019 and earphones is not connecting with bluetooth and power button is also not working tried to reach service centre through mentioned number of there service cengtre, but that also not working tried to reach the company website but that also not working . and found no service centre

                    Wireless headset doesn't produce volume anymore. It has suddenly degraded. I need an exchange or money back immediately. I bough lt it from amazon in the month of july 2019.

                    Sometimes it takes minutes to get connected via bluetooth channel and it's been a pain when you are on the verge of joining official calls.

                    I could not even find a customer complaint number or a contact to report my issue. If the escalations...

                    I bought boult audio probass space bluetooth headset with mic 6 months ago, not i am not able to charge my earphone. Now i searched on internet but no service centre or resolution found on internet. I also visited the boult audio website, however no service centre name was mention. I also tried to email my query to their official customer complaint email id, but i got no response ether.
                    I Bought this product through flipkart on november 11 as first time i bought the same product before but it was defect product 2nd also i got the defect product in which switch on button doesnt work at all
                    Connectivity is very poor automatically disconnected also Bluetooth getting off.

                      boult curve neckband mic not working

                      I recently bought the boult curve neckband which worked fine for a week. Later, the mic started giving troubles.. It wasn't working during calls sometimes...
                      Now after two weeks, the mic stopped working completely... I mailed the company, but no response.
                      No issues in the speakers.. Only issue is in the mic... I bought bluetooth earphones for the sole reason of microphone which stopped working now...

Please change this product. Or refund my money. I have raise complaint in tata cliq on first day when i recieve this product. But tata cliq not take any action. Please solve my problem. The power light is not going on today. Please check the product and change it. The bass quality of product is very low. Cheap product is deliver to me.                                 I brought headphone on 3rd Oct'19. But my headphone earpiece was broken automatically. Glue is not sticked properly with earpiece. We couldn't fix it. Please fix it or replace the product ASAP. Thanks!!!
