I have bought "boult audio probass curve neckband wireless bluetooth in-ear earphones with mic (Red) price 899(Including tax) from Amazon,
My earphone stopped working after fifteen days only. It is still in its warranty period. I want my headphone to be repaired immediately or else to be replaced.

Requesting for prompt action on my complaint.

I have purchased boult curve earphones in oct 2019 ..now i am facing issues with my product..it is getting automatic SWITCHING OFF and not getting ON back.the product is in warranty period..so suggest me how can i claim my product warranty
I Have Purchased Boult Curve Earphone in June 8 2021 . And Today 16 June 2021 I'm facing many issues with my product . Blue light Alway on in my product . And Button not work . And product not getting Switch on . Blue light on Alway .. the product is in warranty period . So please solve my problem. Because This is my First Boult Product . And I'm not satisfied with Boult Company Now, 😑😑

    I had purchased a boult audio pro bass curve Neckband Bluetooth headset with a mic from Flipkart on 6th Jun 2019. After the usage of more than 5 months, the right side earphone is not working and I want to claim my warranty. I just hope I get my product and problem resolve...

    Three months back i ordered boult headphones...that is not working
    The item I bought (BOULT AUDIO Q9) is no longer in use. The power is off now.It was off while I was using it.You have to solve my problem as soon as possible

        It is to state that i have purchased three boult curve wireless earphone vide order date 08.08.2019 and the same were received on 13.08.2019. But, one of them is not working properly as it's left side speaker has been not working i. E. Out of order. Therefore, it is requested that same may be changed or repaired. Due to this problem i am unable to listen properly.

          I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the earphone product name. – boult audio bassbuds storm that i bought on september 4, 2019. Though the earphones were working fine, but unfortunately it is not working properly for the last 4 days. I can hear the sound by only one ear (Right), the other side of earphone is not working.

          To resolve the issue, please take immediate action of it (Either repair/replace). I am enclosing a copy of the original invoice.

              This website is fake, I'm not getting any proper response regarding replacement of this product. I tired so many times to contact with customer service centre of this product they said that they will come and replace but no one come. I'm not able to replace this product not even getting my money back, They said sent us your invoice we will work that, In 5 days you will get your refund amount. I sent them my invoice on 12/11/2019 but still I didn't get and answer from them..

              I have ordered a headset with Boult company through amazon website, the headset stopped working with in 2 months, I asked the boult manufacturer to repair the product, they didn't repaired and sent it back to me... This is a cheating company.

                    I had purchased boult curve on 09.08.2029 and i had claimed warranty they asked me to send the product through courier. I sent the product and they received it on 18.12.2019.

                    And till now no response i tried several mails, calls but it was no use they dont pick the call.

                    They have taken the product also. I think i lost my product as well as the money i spent for courier. I didn't expect this kind of service.😔😔😔
                    Left ear phone not working please replace under warranty. I have buyed just 3 month before please give me my replacement they are costly

                      I had earlier too complained about boult earphone still there was no service provided by uh all
                      The boult audio wireless curve earphone i m using is in 6 months warranty and i had purchased it in october and now it stopped working plzzz as soon as possible provide the service and get it work properly in the earphone voice is not coming and it is only working till it is on charging point and after it is plugged out from charging point it dosent turns on

                              It's nearly two months before I purchased this from Amazon but not it is behaving in unusual way. The headphones stop in middle then restart again. Volume up is not working and when pressed the headphones stop unexpectedly without saying " power off " and when tried to start with power button it won't stop but if tried after nearly 10 mins it starts again...

                                  Worst product and service by boult i have purschased boult muse wireless headphone and after 3 months one side stopped working i have already raised a complaint to the company and have send the defective product still i didnt get any response from the company about the warranty claimed and still they haven't shipped me the product back. I am very much disappointed by their service and their warranty claim its been already more than 2 weeks i have send them the defective product but no response from the company
