Boult Audio — boult audio basswood silver wired headphone

I am using boult audio ear phones for very long time. It had minor issues. Now the head phone right piece is not working itself. I dont know what to do so. Kindly pls check this product. This product has many issues like it is very slippery, i would always holding headphone in my hand for very long time

Vendor article no: ba-basswood-slv2. Warranty is still in cover so kindly pls take acton. I request to give a new product. The official boult audio site also not existing, is this kinda cheating
