I send my headphone for repair in the month of june till date I haven't received the product.On 28 july 2020 one off they Senior representative Mrs Mukti Minj give me dispatch tracking after 1 month the tracking number is - [protected] but when i see in blue dart website for track there show the record is not found.. after 28 july 2020. Every time and every day when i call, in boult audio customer representative (they are some representive name - Mrs Swati, Mr Himanshu, Mrs Saloni, Mr Aman, Mrs Sweeta, Mr Shivam, Mrs Neha, ) they all will tell that wait for 24 hrs We have escalated your case but my case is allready escalated by her senior representative Mrs Tanya Tandon On 5 august 2020 by mail. I do not know when it will be 24 hours they give my proper tracking number. Now on 10 august 2020 when i mail her owner Mr varun Gupta then her customer representative Mrs Sweety Saxena mail me on 13 August 2020 that we have escalated your case to the warehouse and they will dispatch your product again to your address as Bluedart lost your product, we will share the new tracking details as soon as possible. But on 13 august 2020 till today (26 august 2020) Every time and every day her customer representative all of them will tell that wait for 24 hrs We have escalated your case i hearing the same line again and again. please help me for solve this problem because boult audio company is totally fraud company
