I purchased a boult audio bluetooth neckband on 09/08/2019. But now the left side headphone is not working. It is still in warranty period. I dropped a mail in complaints department. But still there is no revert. I want my product to be replaced or repaired on urgent basis. As I am talking to my friend since one hour in Bluetooth device I suddenly stopped hearing voice of my friend. May be there is some hearing problem in the device.
