Hi team,

I had purchased boult audio probass curve neckband in-ear wireless earphones from amazon site on 28th september, 2019.

But, with in 1 month i see issue with mic as the other person is not able to hear voice. I had tried to contact amazon but, they are asking to get in touch with manufacturer as there is no service center in chennai

Kindly help me get the earphone replaced
