Boult Audio — complaint regarding product not working | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the earphone product name. – boult audio bassbuds storm that i bought on september 4, 2019. Though the earphones were working fine, but unfortunately it is not working properly for the last 4 days. I can hear the sound by only one ear (Right), the other side of earphone is not working. To resolve the issue, please take immediate action of it (Either repair/replace). I am enclosing a copy of the original invoice. I look forward to your reply. I have purchased a boult audio pro bass curve on 20th Oct 2019 and now it is not getting charged and not getting on. I have a warranty up to 1year from the purchase date, and now please slow my issue. Now, what should I have to do please let me know. Are arrange a new item as early as possible.

I purchased only 1 mount use but my let airpod very fast battery draining
