After receiving the email for sending the damaged product (Ticket ID –[protected] for warranty service to the Bolt audio service center, I send the damaged product we are DTDC courier service (consignment number: U12770176 or 0177 because I send two products at the same time the consignment number is not clear to me which one is it.) Now the Courier service is showing that the damaged product is delivered but I didn't receive any email about receiving the product at boult audio service facility. So please respond as soon as possible. The email received for sending the damaged product to Boult audio service facility is attached to this email below. Was this information helpful? | |
