I have bought "boult audio probass curve neckband wireless bluetooth in-ear earphones with mic (Black) price rs.899 from amazon on 29.09.2019. Earphone is not working properly. It is still in its warranty period. Iam tried to reach you call and email, but not respond yet received on your end, i want my headphone to be repaired immediately. I have been purchased this neckband and at the 2nd day it is not working properly when it is fully charged it has no battery backup and it turns off quickly in about 2 hours not even useful very worst product i have purchased

My left podis not working properly its getting discount frequently and its fully charged i dont knw whats the problem and i dont knw where is the service center of boult audio
