[Resolved] Boult Audio — i'm complaining about my boult wireless bluetooth earphones purchased to 21 january from amazon.in.. | |||||
As claimed by the company the earphones are not waterproof. As it started raining my earphones stoped working. I want my earphones to be replaced as soon as possible and redress my grievance at the earliest. The feature of being waterproof about earphones by compllanuly hasn't come out to be true. Why are you not responding to my mails or calls? If such kind of customer service is your agenda then in that case your brand image will be the worst in no time.
Have some professionalism and respond to mails and call. You have become a mere product oriented company with zero heed to customer service.
