Boult Audio — left ear of the earphone is not working

I have bought "boult audio probass curve neckband wireless bluetooth in-ear earphones with mic (Black & red) price 1499 (Including tax) from amazon on 21.04.2019. Left ear of the earphone is not working properly. It is still in its warranty period. I want my headphone to be repaired immediately.

I ordered boult muse wireless Bluetooth earphones with mic from amazon on 9 april for Rs1299 and it suddenly one side of it stopped working. What the hell is this! I paid a lot to buy it not just to use it for 2 months. Its under warranty and i want it to be replaced as soon as possible!
Look towards this because i am unable to use it.

I have been using it for two months and suddenly sound went down and it's not working. And it's fully charged, still I have warranty card of one year..
Hi i had purchased boul product space. And it stopped working battery dont last more than 1 hour bluetooth connectivity issue. I raised complaint they said courier to us. I courier them but after that i didnt get information regarding my product. Kindly look into this matter

Their call center is always busy and they never call back.

Sir I purchase boult curve in January but from last three week it battery backup decrease and only give 2 hour backup and some time it get auto disconnect.
I email you many time but you didn't reply.
