I ordered a replacement of a product from Boult Audio over a month ago and have been stuck in an endless cycle of false promises, misleading customer support, and no resolution.
Here's what happened:
The order was delayed beyond the promised delivery window.
It was picked up on 8 may 2025
I reached out multiple times — every time I was told “It has been escalated for urgent dispatch.”
After weeks of back-and-forth, I was suddenly told, “Your refund has been initiated and will be credited in 5–7 days.”
Just when I thought it was over, I got another message: “Your product is now dispatched.”
This flip-flopping continued for weeks, with zero accountability and zero resolution.
When I asked for compensation for the time wasted and stress caused, I was offered a generic 10% discount coupon — not an actual compensation, just a bait to spend more money.
Despite my repeated efforts to seek clarity and closure, Boult Audio has failed to deliver the product, process the refund properly, or take responsibility for the chaos they've caused.
📌 What I'm requesting:
Immediate and full refund without further delay.
Written confirmation of refund timeline.
Genuine compensation for the mental stress, wasted time, and mishandling of the issue.
Accountability from the support team for misleading and inconsistent responses.
