[Resolved] Boult Audio — Regarding malfunctioning of one of my earpod. | |||
I have to recently raised a complaint on boult website regarding one of my earpod (right side) not working from 18/06/2021. I bought that on last year on 05/08/2020 online from Tatacliq. I asked about the status of my complaint from customer care no. [protected], they told me that product will be picked up soon for repair/replacement. But till today no action has been taken from boult. My ticket no. is 00136141. It is humble request to you please look into the matter and do the needful.
