Boult Audio — Regarding refund of courier charges

This is to bring to your kind attention that i have raised a reimbursement request for the courier toward boult earbud service which is under warranty i have couriered the earbud wide courier no. dated:26/6/24 via DTDC courier from Chennai to New Delhi which cost us around Rs .150 which is yet to be received against their committed amount of Rs.100 for courier charges. I have also filled courier reimbursement form and received a message saying " Amount will be send to your bank in 48 hours " date:26/6/24 i have also raised a complaint against it but no response. i have also received back my earbud after service dated:7/7/24 . Kindly do the needful.
