Boult Audio — Replacement request for faulty left earbud and invoice for boult z40 ultra

I purchased the Boult Z40 Ultra on 28th April 2025, and received the product on 1st May 2025. Unfortunately, the left earbud is not functioning properly. The sound is very low and unclear compared to the right earbud. I have contacted Boult support multiple times via email, WhatsApp, and their helpline, but have not received any response or assistance. I am requesting a replacement for the faulty earbud and a copy of my invoice.
I have also noticed that my order history has not been updated on their website, despite the delivery date of 1st May 2025.
Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
