Boult Audio — Replacement/Refund Not Received | |
I had purchased this product for Rs.1695. After a couple of weeks, one bud stopped working after just a couple of weeks. I asked them for a refund as this was the third time it had happened. The first two times, Amazon replaced it as it happened within the replacement window. The first time there was an issue in connectivity so we got it replaced. The second time, the product we received looked like a used product so we replaced it again. This time, one bud stopped working and I asked them for a refund as I was tired of getting a replacement every time. Boult customer care refused saying that they can only replace it. They asked me to ship the product to their office at my own expense even though it was under warranty. With no other option, I did so with courier charges of Rs.180. But I specifically asked them to send a fresh replacement. Today I received a plain box without the extra earbuds. I want a refund of both the product and the money wasted in sending them the courier. Was this information helpful? | |
