Boult Audio — Replacement/repair under warranty

The volume of my new ear phones purchased on 7th april from Flipkart is very low. The volume button on the earphones (if any, because I am not able to figure out where the volume button is on the the earphones but on the product details it does show that there is one) is also not working in order to bring back the volume to normal. I request you please address my complaint and either replace or repair the product as soon as possible.
