Boult Audio — right side earphone is not working properly. | |||
I had purchased a boult audio pro bass curve Neckband Bluetooth headset with a mic from Flipkart on 6th Jun 2019. After the usage of more than 5 months, the right side earphone is not working and I want to claim my warranty. I just hope I get my product and problem resolve... I have attached the invoice photocopy of my product which is generated from Flipkart. Was this information helpful? | |||

Three months back i ordered boult headphones...that is not working

The item I bought (BOULT AUDIO Q9) is no longer in use. The power is off now.It was off while I was using it.You have to solve my problem as soon as possible
Hi, my name is Rajesh Kumar Kolkata, West Bengal and I bought a Boult Curve in February 2019. Now my earphone is not working properly when I connect to any device, its sound comes on and off that I feel disturbed in listening to the music. I request you to please replace this device as possible
