Boult Audio — Unethical behavior

I've bought a Mustang Derby yesterday 8th Oct 2024 (Oty: 1)
₹1, 299 transferred with gpay,

Order ID: BAD2CN[protected]

In the whatsapp, it says "We will notify you when your order is packed📦 and ready to be shipped"

Till now, no update from Boult Audio, i've tried to track shipment. in there website https://www.boultaudio.com/account/orders/1419255adc73282767f9c5d5bd86f697

but nothing is working while clicking Track shipment.

also it says in there website as
Status: Unfulfilled

even i tried to whataspp them, but there Captain BOULT, a digital assistant. but that too is useless.

please help me to get the product and its update. Thankyou or else if not working, please get refund from them.
