Boult Audio — Warranty claim related | |||
Hi, my name is korutla venkatesh resident of hyderabad. I, purchased boult audio bluetooth curve headset and due to battery issue i had sent that product for warranty claim on date 13th march 2020 and they had received that product on 15th march 2020 with tracking id en[protected]in (India post) there after one week i am calling customer care every day they wont response me in the proper way. I repeatedly get same answers from them your product is ready for shipping you will get updates on your mail id. I keeping on waiting. They even promised me we will post you new product but not yet.. It was been 5months my product is still with them. I am going to court and consumer helpline what ever i am going to charge this case on boult audio. Was this information helpful? | |||
