Bounce Infinity — Did not get the subsidy Amount

I have bought the bounce infinity ev scooter on 1st Jan 23 and I was promised by dealer that subsidy amount transfer in 4 to 5 months into your account but till now no update on this. When I try get the information about the same dealer are saying, subsidy is pending from government end they have putted on hold.
