Box 8 — delivery did not happen in 38 mins | |||||
I have ordered from zomato marol, mumbai to sakinaka at 1.02pm and have not yet received the order at 1.40pm. I have paid online and i think the oreder should be free now. And also they send me a msg after the time has ru out that the delivery will be late. And this is a major issue i faced twice after doing online payment, if we do cash delivery the order is delivered on time. Quite sad. Was this information helpful? | |||||

The delivery is very late . But the major problem is the tracking system of the Box8. I hope they upgrade it to an on-time GPS tracking system, so we can track the delivery agent location. The cash was paid online, and there is no assurance of tracking the delivery agent even after 1 hour of "supposed" dispatch shown on website.
